cancellation policy

We are introducing a new cancellation policy which is as follows:

Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Missed appointment
If you miss your appointment twice/no show, we will require 100% booking fee before making you any new/future bookings.
 

Late arrivals
We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to alter your appointment or reschedule to an alternative date depending on the service.
